We develop mRNA-based therapeutic systems and lipid nanoparticle (LNP) platforms for efficient intracellular delivery and protein expression. Our research focuses on optimizing mRNA design, delivery efficiency, cellular targeting, and controlled expression to enable next-generation therapeutic applications.

Nanodisc Engineering

We develop antiviral nanodiscs that disrupt viral membranes by creating pores, leading to viral inactivation. Our research focuses on engineering nanodisc-based platforms that directly damage viral envelopes and provide a new physical mechanism for antiviral therapy.
