Our laboratory develops advanced biomolecular engineering and delivery platforms, including mRNA/LNPs and nanodiscs, to precisely control therapeutic protein expression and function. We apply these technologies to cancer therapy, targeted protein regulation, immune-cell engagement, and emerging strategies for targeted drug delivery to disease sites.
